Jacqueline J. Herring

Jackie is a dynamic trial attorney with over 20 years of trial experience, including more than 50 jury trials and over 100 bench trials. Jackie represents insurers and employers throughout the United States in litigation involving ERISA, Insurance Coverage, Class Actions, EEOC and ADA claims, Employee and Trade Secret Raiding, TROs, Injunctions, and Labor & Employment.

Jackie was Supervisor of the Felony Trial Division of the public defender's office in Atlanta, where she tried murder and other violent felony cases before juries.
