Michael J. Smith

Michael is an accomplished trial attorney and insurance industry advocate. He tried many insurance coverage cases to verdict, and argued before the Seventh Circuit and Illinois Court of Appeals. He founded the Firm in 1992 and served as Managing Partner and Special Counsel to the Firm before retiring to a bohemian life in Sante Fe, New Mexico.
